Colli Etruschi is a farm cooperative located near the Etruscan town of Blera. Under the strict supervision of agronomist Nicola Fazzi, their facility uses state-of-the-equipment to produce the highest quality extra virgin olive oils.

Aroma:

to the smell at first sight it is perceived with a green fruity of medium intensity followed by fragrant notes of vegetables leaf and cardoon.

Taste:

to the taste it reveals a strong and decisive intensity between the notes of bitter and pungency supported by reminding of herbal field and green almond.
