1/2 cup Il Molino Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp pine nuts
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup grated Parmigiano cheese
1/4 cup grated Pecorino cheese
1 tsp coarse salt
8.8 oz Il Molino Organic Fusilli
